I am looking at buying some new tires and I really like the pirelli scorpion atr's I am going to get 265/70/17 my question is what ply is the TR 17? I know the SR 17 is 10 ply but I cant find what ply the TR 17 is anywhere. I am also considering toyo open country in the same size, anyone have any opinion on which is better.

If they are listed as a P series tire, then they are 4 ply, LT tire load range C is 6, LT LR D is 8, and LT LR E is 10.
