Auto Spring level kit help!

How difficult is this kit to install. Do you have to do a front end alignment afterwards. Also, can any of you with this kit tell a difference in the ride/handling quality. Thanks for your help. Oh yeah, I see this kit on ebay for $89 is that about what all of you payed? Thanks.

Front alignment is a must! Install is really easy....about an hour or so if you have the right tools. No difference in ride quality, but a big differnce in the looks of the truck. Probably the best $90.00 you'll spend on your truck. There are lots of good write ups on this mod do a search and you'll find exactly what you need for the install.

Check out this thread:

https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...ght=autospring

About 1/2 way down on page 5, there are instructions along with pictures for the install. On the first page (1st post), there are the same instructions with a few more pictures.

My kit should be in the mail. Can't wait!

Best of Luck

A friend and I just installed the AS 2.5in levelling kit on my 06 SCAB 2wd. Took about 2.5 hours because he was leading me thru the install letting an inexperienced person do all the work.. it was relatively easy.. and yes you need an alignment.. I took mine to goodyear and my front end was way off.. I noticed an immediate difference after the alignment..

Here's the best autospring install thread. It's the same one as above, but the first page has good install info too.
