I said I would never do this, but....

ok, here it is. The proverbial "will this fit?" question....
2004 F-150 FX4
6" Fabtech Suspension Lift

18x9 XD Diesel Wheels 5" backspacing, 0mm Offset
325/65/R18 (35x13.5x18) ProComp Xtreme A/T Tires

My 2 questions are:
-Will there be rub issues since the tires are so wide?
-How far will they stick out past the stock fender flare?

Thanks Guys! I've learned so much about these trucks and the kickass mods from everybody on here!!!!

Well, first of all I have to point out that a 325/65/R18 is a 35x12.5" tire (not 35x13.5)

If i work under the assumption that your factory rim is a 18x7.5" rim with a 275/65/R18 tire (what my truck had stock). Then your new wheel and tire will stick out 2.7" farther than your stockers do.

But don't take my word for it, figure it out for yourself here

very good decision. I doubt they will rub, and im sure they will stick out a little, lets hope they do.

325 is the width of the tire in mm, so 325mm=12.795 inches. Almost 13 in wide. I have 325/60 on my truck with 5" of bs, and only a level kit. You should not have any major rubbing with a 6" lift.

Hey man you are right a 325/65/R18 is a 35/13.5/18 equiv. and yes they will fit perfect. They do them all the time like that here in Tejas. You should do it, it will look sic!

Big jts thanks for the support.
I was gonna say right underneath the 325/65/18 sizing on the sidewall it says OD 35.00 SW 13.50
The tire may not actually be 13.5", in fact i think its about 13", but then again how many 12.50's are exactly 12.5" ?
