Will There Be a Problem
currently I have a 05 FX4 Screw with the factory 18" wheels & tires, would there be a problem, if I went with 17" aftermarket wheels & tires,?

Welcome to the site. There have been some fitment issues with some (not all) aftermarket 17 inch wheels on late production 2005 and newer F-150'S due to a brake caliper change. Just be sure to test fit one.
