Dueler Revo's as OEM replacement?

I had been thinking about doing a wheel swap and upgrading to the 20" wheel package, but now I think that old age is kicking in, plus I just don't feel like shelling out the $1300 for a 20" wheel swap OR the $1300 for the big BFG's. That being the case, if I'm going for something more along the lines of $600 or so, are the Bridgestone Dueler Revo's a good option? The only experience I have with Bridgestone is on the wife's Subaru and they suck. I'm a diehard BFG fan, but everything I've read about the Long Trail's which are the only BFG's in the price range I'm considering, is that they suck. I'm trying to get something for roughly the same price as I would pay for OEM Wranglers, but end up with better tires. The Dueler Revo's looked like the best option. I'm also potentially going to trade the Supercrew in on an 08 Super Duty in a few months so I don't want to tie a bunch of money up in this thing.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Totally forgot. This is for an '04 Lariat w/ 18's.

The Revos are great tires. IMHO, better than the BFG AT KO. I doubt you'll find the Revos for $600/set for 18" though. If you are trading in or sellign the truck, I wouldn't worry about how good the tires ar. New tires are important, or at least not worn tires. $1300 tires vs. $500 tires won't get your money back. Check out the Firestone Destianation AT if you want good performance at fair pricing. Otherwise, any Kelly/General/Cooper/off brand will be fine for trading in.

You're right about the price. The ones I've been looking at are running about $800 for a set, not sure why I said $600, but that's still better than the $1300 option. I know what you mean about the resale piece. I had already taken that into account, but in the event that I don't sell I'd like to have semi-decent rubber on the truck.

I just picked up a set of Avon Tyres from the Tire Rack, while I had never heard much about them before hand they have the number 1 rated tires for all season street truck tire. I purchased 4 285/50/20 for $141 each, which to me seems like a fair price, the same size Pierelli cost over $200 and was lower down on the list of all terrain tires.
I know that your not looking for 20" tires, they carrier other sizes that will fit your needs. In your situation that you may trade soon, go for the lower cost tires and ride it out, my Avon's have about 300 miles on them, and are far better then the OEM tires I replaced.
