17's to 20's

Upgrading the wheels and tires to new chrome ones off of an 07 Expy and was wondering if I will need to have anything recalibrated or will everything like speedo and gas mileage stay the same? These were the 255 65 17 and the expy ones are 275 55 20

Thanks in advance,

Jeff

here's a link to a pretty cool tire size calculator:
http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

it says that you'd be 6.2% slow in that case... so when your speedo reads 60, you'd be going 63.7mph.

hope that helps.

That does help...does anyone know if I can correct that issue with a superchip tuner?
