Just wondering if these tires will fit on a 2006 4x4 at stock height. Please help.

If you use the oem wheels, they should fit fine.

the tires will not be mounted on oem wheels. Does this present a problem or should I have specific offsets and backspacing. BTW, the tires are cooper discoverer s/t.

The OEM 20's are 8.5 inches wide with 5.5 inches of backspacing. Try to stay close to that.
