Braided lines
Braided lines
Anyone switch from rubber to braided lines? I pull a fairly heavy trailer every day
and do have trailer brakes, just looking for a little extra. I heard that the braided lines give better feel & performance

No flames to bigtruck at all, but every vehicle I've ever installed them on was a h-u-g-e difference in performance to me. Haven't put them on the truck yet, but they're on my list. I had an older Mustang one time that I spent money on upgrading the brakes and a few things, but I don't care what you did or how hard you stood on the brake pedal, you physically could not lock up the brakes...talk about ABS
That was not a factor after simply switching to braided lines. Not that my coal was locking up the brakes, but just to give you an idea in the increase in clamping power, feel, and feedback from the pedal.
