I've heard that upgrading from the stock 275/65/18 on stock 18" wheels has caused anti-lock chatter in the rear tires when braking in the no load to lightly loaded situations. I'm thinking about either the Terra Grapplers or the BFG AT KO's in the 285/65/18 size and wanted to see if anyone has had a bad experience with that setup.

 

First I've ever heard of this. I think you were given some misinformation. Every once in a while someone will post a topic saying they were told increasing tire size will cause problems with the anti-lock brakes. There are over 100,000 thousand members here and FTW with larger tires ranging from 33's to 54's and I have never read one post by a member saying they were having problems with their anti-lock brakes.
