New rims needed?

I recently bought some new tires and am wondering if I will need new rims or not?! I bought 305/75R 17 Goodyear MTR and want to put them on my stock rims. Will I need new rims or will the bulge not be that bad.

you will be fine running that setup on stock rims, people do it all the time without any problems, just take care of them and keep them properly inflated and rotate them regularly. Great tire choice, by the way! I am actually planning on the same setup when my 285's wear down.

Right, you can run them on the OEM wheels, but they will look better on some nice aftermarket wheels.

Beaner, those tires ought to look great on your truck. If it's a 4x4 and leveled you should have plenty clearance. Get some pics when done!

I'd go with a 17x9 inch wheel with between 5 and 6 inches of backspacing, depending on how far you want the tire/wheel to stick out.
