Offset & Backspacing Question

I know everyone is tired of answering this question but I am just nervous about ordering $2000 dollars worth of wheels and tires and they are not what I want. I found 3 different offset and backspacing combinations for the Moto Metal 951's in an 18" rim. The different combinations are, (Back Spacing= 4.53in.; Offset= -12 mm), (Back Spacing= 5.71 in.; Offset= +18 mm), (Back Spacing= 5.18 in.; Offset= +30 mm). I want to mount them on a set of Toyo Open Country Muds (33x12.50-18). My question is which offset and backspacing combination will get me closest to stock? I would like a little wider stance but not a lot, and I am also worried about clearance problems. I have a 2005 SuperCrew 4x4 with a 2” leveling kit.

I have 18x10 with 4.62" of backspacing. I wish I had a little more backspacing to be honest but what's done is done and it's not so bad that I have to go out and buy another set of rims.

When I finished my lift I put my stock wheel and tires back on. they are 18x7.5 with 6" of backspacing. The rims *just* rubbed the tie-rods enough to put a mark on the corner of the inside of the wheel lip. My point here is that 6" on an 18 is just a touch too much backspacing (might be fine on a 20" rim though).

If I were to pick from the choices you had, I'd probably go with the 5.71" backspacing. It might be close, but I think it would be enough to not touch the tie-rod. However I'm certain the 5.18" won't so if you would rather err on the side of caution then go with that one. If you want your tires to stick out like mine (just check my gallery) then go with the 4.53" of BS.

*edit* Oh and to be clear, the stock rims only hit due to the change in suspension (particularly where the tie rod ends sit now vs. stock) from the lift.

I say go with the 5.18. I have 18x9 rims with 5" of BS, and they give my truck the slightly wider stance that I was looking for. 5.18 will stick out some, but not quite as much as mine. Mine are even with my step bars (which I like alot!)

Check gallery for more pics if you want.
