Protecting Chrome Lugs from Impact Wrench

Any ideas on how to protect the chrome lugs from the damage that air impact wrenches do when they take off and put on the wheels? I know that telling them to do it by hand will help alot, but i cannot be around all the time that they are rotating them.

Certainly you can be around, march your *** right to the back of the shop. ITS YOUR TRUCK! Tell them to do it by hand. Its what i had to do.

And normally the people in the back actually rotating your tires will understand, its the management who dosn't care.
