anyone here install their own body lift?

I am getting ready to install a 3" PA lift on my 01 Screw . I've installed quite a few suspension lifts over the years but this will be my first body lift.

I have been spraying the bottoms of the old body bolts for a few days now in anticipation of them being rusty and stuck and maybe tough to get out .

are there any tips/tricks I need to know? I remember reading once that the radiator doesn't need to be removed although it says to remove it in the instructions. I've read through the directions on the PA website, so I know what I am getting myself into, I'd just like to hear from any member that have installed their own lifts. so, any tips at all??

thanks a lot!!

Right, you don't have to remove the radiator. Ford uses a ton of Loctite, so the body bolts are a pain. Also, the bed and cab need to be lifted together. The bed sort of wraps around the cab and they will rub if you try to lift the cab without the bed. Or, you can just slide the bed back a few inches for clearance.
