Rear End Hopping

I have a "97". I am not sure if this is Brake related or not. It feels like the rearend starts to hop at around 45 to 50. It is not consistant. I do not hear any apparent brake squealing. It feel as if it is coming from the passenger side rear. ANy Suggestion?

If it is happeneing without hitting the brakes, it is unlikely a brake problem. My first suggestion is have the tires balanced and checked for out of round. My second is if the shocks have been on for a while, god forbid they are original on a 97, replace them
