305 45 22" slug

305 45 22" wheel & tyres on my truck but is now a bit of a slug pulling away from the lights
What can I do to improve acceleration? (im not removing the wheels!)
Can the final drive be changed or is this overkill?
Or should I use this as an excuse to fit a supercharger!
2004 F150 XLT 5.4litre 4x4 screw (newshape)

1. Do you have a programmer to change your wheel size? This is very important
2. Gears will help the most

Nope dont have a programmer
Just been looking at one at Roush
What will a programmer change to help compensate for my choice of wheel&tyres? (tyre spelling is because im in the UK)

tire or tyre, we understand each other
You changed your tire height from stock and now your truck is reading everything wrong. A programmer will correct that.
Look at theTroyer performance site for his custom tune or diablosport.com sctflash.com
