Finally got wheels and tires on!

Well finally I got around to putting on my Top Gun Customz 2.5" leveling kit and 305/65/17 Pro Comp Xtreme At's on 17x9 Pro Comp 1079's on my 06 Screw 4x4. First off the leveling kit leveled the truck perfectly and was very easy to install. Not high or low in the front now. The tires do not rub at all. The truck handles the bigger tires just fine and they are quiet for such an aggresive tire. What a difference from the nose down 255/70/17 on factory wheels look. The tires do stick out quite a bit but it looks good. It will be hard to keep clean! Thanks to everyone for all the advise and pictures.

The backspacing is 4.75 on the Pro Comp 1079 17x9. I would definitely recommend getting something around 5.5 although I love the looks of the ones I got but its going to be hard to keep it clean and to keep rocks from kicking up the side. I could get flares but I feel it makes the tires look smaller.

I just had those same tires (35x12.50's) put on my truck last week and agree 100% with your statement. I was quite surprised at how quiet these tires are for an agressive looking tire.

Do you have anymore steering vibration over your stock tires? I can't really tell if it's more vibration or I just need to get used to the how the new tires feel vs stock. It seems at lower speeds there is slightly more vibration, but when I get up to highway speeds there's none, probably just the new tread pattern though.

I do notice a little vibration but its not very much. I expected to have a little being I went with bigger wider tires. I know that if anyone is looking for an aggresive looking tire but not a mud tire this tire is a great choice!
