Lug nuts

I bought a 2005 f-150 with after-market American racing wheels. The other day I found out that my stock lug nut wrench will not fit in the lug nut holes. It's like the wrench is to thick to even reach the lug. Is there some type of adapter that is needed.

The best thing to do is go to a parts store and buy an inexpensive pull handle, an extension and a socket. That's what I did. Another thing to think about is the spare tire. Do you need to use the OEM lugnuts with it or will the aftermarket lugnuts work. On my Expy, I carry 6 of my OEM lugnuts in a ziplock bag in case I have a flat.
