I am considering this setup, and I am wondering if anyone can offer some advice......
325/60/18 tires (33.6" tall 13.0" wide)
mounted on 18x8.5 rims with 5.75" BS

Anyone run something similar?
Rubbing issues?

Well, I think that I have finally decided on the setup that I am going to get.
Rims: Eagle Alloys 178 18x9 5"bs
Tires: Hankook Dynapro MT 325/60/18 (33x13.00)

I have tried to consider width vs. backspacing and I think that this setup will work with only minor trimming to the valence and fender.
