Brake Noise

I have a 2000 F-150 4x4 off road when you apply the brakes there is a sick sounding creeking noise, I changed the front rotors/pads. The calipers seem to be fine, but the noise sounds even worse since I changed the rotors/pads. Can anyone help me out with this I am having a hard time figuring it out. Thanks much: help:

you never know what pads will squeal on you. put some of the anti-squeal, brake quiet stiff on the back of the pad. might help.

If it's the same noise I'm thinking it is, don't worry, I think it's actually a vibration noise resonating throught the backing plate or something. I wouldn't ignore it but it's just one of the creeks and squeeks I guess.
