18x10 with 5' backspacing

Will an 18x10 Diamo wheel with 5' of backspacing stick out to much on an 06 screw 4x2 with an 6' fabtech lift? Please give input and submit pics. I'm trying to decide on an 18x9 wheel or 18x10.

The OEM wheels are 7.5 inches wide with 5.5 inches of backspacing. So, that wheel will stick out 3 inches farther than the OEM wheels.
