Cobra R rims

I want to buy a set of Cobra R saleen rims off ebay but i dont know if they will fit? they are replicas so they are pretty cheap.

I have a 2000 XL single cab flairside.

Are they your bolt pattern? (5x135mm) I don't think they make them in our bolt pattern.
