is this normal

i park in my front yard a lot. if i turn my steering wheel all the way from one way to the other with the truck stopped i get mud stuck in the tread. when i go over 35 mph the truck shakes real bad till it comes out is this normal or are my tires cheap. here is a picture of my front tires. i got them from walmart the picture is from walmart. i need tires in the back i dont know if i want to buy two more like the two up front or do i want four new ones. what do you all think. we have not had any snow here how do you thing they will do in the snow?

Yes, the mud packed in the tread will cause a vibration because it's throwing the tires out of balance.

looking at the tires do you think they ok for cheap tires

Personally, I'd spend a little more money and get a quality tire like the Nitto Terra Grappler, unless you plan on selling the truck in the near future and just have to put tires on it.
