16x8's with 5" backspacing on a 98 2wd

I purchased some new 16x8's with 5" backspacing. The truck is a 98 2wd with stock suspension. How big of tire can I stuff under it without rubbing. Thanks

i have 2 inch coil spacers on my 97 2wd and the only the biggest tire anyone would mount on my wheels was 267.75.16. theyd probably fit on a stock truck too

You could probably squeeze a 285/75-16 on there, but it would be extremely tight. I'd suggest a 265/75-16 or at least add a leveling kit.

Do they make a leveling kit gor the 2wd's? If so, which one works the best and isn't to pricey? I ordered a set of 265/70/16's AT's, still would like to level it out if they make a kit. Thanks
