hello, i have a stock 2000 f150 XLT exd. cab 4x4. just got 16x8 rims to put on, so i have to get tires. i am looking at **** Cepek radial fun contry II or the BFG A/T.(****s tires is my #1 choice)
Right now i have factory 17x7.5 rim with 31in tires.
i would like to fit a 33in tire, but with no mods to weel wells or with out getting a lift.
so what i am asking is can i fit 285/75/16 **** Cepek tires on my stock F150
if 285s gives me problems what can i fit that will look good?

Yes, you can easily fit 285/75-16's or 305/70-16's

 

So if the 285s would fit easily, would 295/75/16s work on the same set-up? Just wondering, I have the same exact truck and am planning on purchasing the same size wheels (16x8) with 5" of BS. I don't think it is that much of a difference, but just checking.

 

I have 305/70/17 on my 99 scab 4x4. No problems, just a very minor rubbing on the sway bar when turning at full lock. Also, make sure wheels have the correct backspacing to put that size tire.

 

Yeah, 295's will also fit.
