As a general rule, on a new 4x4 with a leveling kit, you can fit 35x12.50's using the OEM wheels or 33's with aftermarket wheels. The OEM wheels are 7.5 inches wide with 5.5 inches of backspacing, so if you don't want the tires sticking out you have to stick close to those specs. The problem is most off road style wheels for the 04-07's don't have enough backspacing.
