I am leveling my 06' f-150 (2.5" leveling kit and its 4x4), will a 325/60/18x9.5 fit under it with little or no rubbing? The rim that I picled out has a 6" backspacing. If this tire won't fit what tire can I put on that size rim that will fit? Any suggestions

 

Yes, those will fit. (you may have to do some minor trimming) I know one member has 325/60-18's on 18x10 Mickey Thompson wheels which have 6 inches of backspacing.

I think the stance will look great! You didn't state which wheel you are using (only size) so it's impossible to make a call on the wheel itself.
