OK i am thinking of getting some 17x9 moto metal 951's. I have my stock tires on and they are 255/65r17. I am wondering if these rims will fit on these tires and look ok on my truck (my truck is stock). I know the rims will stick out but i am wondering if it will look bad???

A 255 would be pushing it with a 9 inch wide wheel. Look on your tire manufacturers website and see what rim width they approve for that tire.
