My 285/75s on 16x8 wheels with 5in backspacing just came in today, but I couldn't have them mounted because the lug nuts on the stock rims are not conical seated, and I have to wait till tomorrow morning to get the nuts in. However, I was looking at the tires on the rims, balanced and inflated, and was thinking...those look huge! I'm starting to think they might not fit now, jsut wanted a professional opinion, or a fact.

 

If you have a 4x4, they will fit easily. If you have a 4x2, they will be extremely tight, but they should fit with some minor trimming of the front bumper's lower plastic valance.
