2006 Ford Wheels

I am sure that this question has been asked before but.... I have a 2006 F-150 Lariat SuperCrew Pickup with 18 inch wheels. Does anyone know FOR SURE if the 17 inch rims from a 2004-2006 F-150 will fit? Any knowledge would be welcome.

Thanks
Thad

I don't believe so? I think the smallest you can run are 18's on the '06 F-150's not sure about the 2004-2005 due to the size of the calipers. Now if you are looking for some 20's talk to me!!!!!

Nope

I like more tire less rim. 20's=Not Cool for me. Plus the Super Swamper has the LTB in a 34x10.5/17 which would look bad on my Ford. I know some 06 F-150's have 17s but no sure about interchangability.
Thanks

I'm sure Wandell will chime in sooner or later and post the answer. He's very knowledgeable on tires/wheels as well as a lot of other F-150 stuff.

Yes, the OEM 17's will fit your truck.

Yes you definitely can put 17" OEM rims on a 2006 Lariat Screw 4X4. That's exactly what I have with a 2.5" Daystar leveling kit and 315/70R17 BFG A/Ts.
