First they fight with me on the phone because I found a price cheaper than theirs and have to fight with them for a price match (which I didn't get). Second they lied that the price on the other companies website when up so I looked at the page and the price was the same. Third when the rims got here they were the WRONG RIMS but I liked them anyways so I'm keeping them. And finally the fourth, rat ba$tards sent my the wrong lugnuts!!! I am going to give them a call about their crappy customer service and tell them to clean their ears so they can take down the order properly and return the lugnuts. Has anyone else had a problem with them?

 

They are your best friends until you give them your credit card number. After that it's all down hill.

 

Yes very true I was talking to the guy on the phone the first time I called and he kept on trying to force the sale. Oh and I did get the price match but for the wrong dam rims (will post pics later it's raining now)

 

Seems that way with almost all online dealers who are not tied to a major chain ..ie Discount Tire, NTB, Walmart, Best Buy,etc...
