Will 285/60-18's fit on '06 4x2 with factory wheels?

When My 17" tires are worn I'd like to go back with some factory 18" wheels and wider/taller tires.

Will 285/60-18 tires on factory wheels fit without rubbing on a two wheel drive F-150? Truck has not been lifted or lowered. The actual measurment of the tires is 11.5" sectional width, 9.2" tread width, and 31.4" diameter.

I know, I know...285's on 7.5" rim width is not recommended but I'm willing to put up with a little irregular wear if nothing rubs.

They should fit fine. I'd check the tire manufacturer's website you are considering, but I believe 7.5 inch wide wheel falls into the recommended width for a 285/60-18.
