I have an 05 F150 XLT Scab w/5.4L 4x2 with 2.5 autospring and sky jacker add a leaf, I planing on going to 285/70r17 in the spring, But I am also comtimplating getting a set of FX4 rims and running 305/65r18 if they will fit on a 4x2. wendell or anyone know if they will fit or should I just stick to the 285's

 

The 305's will probably fit if you use OEM wheels. It will be really tight on an aftermarket wheel.

 

like I said If I go with 305's I will be using a factory FX4 rim. just want to make sure it will fit first

 

Well, if you had a 4x4 there would be no question. However you are breaking new ground with that size on a 4x2.
