Which do you prefer...White letters showing or Black-walls showing???

On my paticular truck it's a 2006 XLT SuperCab, Black over silver in color with factory 17" painted highlight Aluminum wheels.
Tires are 265/70-17 Firestone Destination A/T's. The lettering is white outlined and rather smallish in size.

What do you think-Letters in or out???

I have four vehicles.
Three of them are black out(car, SUV, minivan).
I think they would look strange with lettering.

My two-tone truck has raised white lettering.
I don't think it would strange with black out.
I just think it looks better with the white lettering.

I have no problem keeping the lettering white using an SOS pad.

Black out! I could hardly wait till my factory tires wore out so I could get black walls. Pic in gallery on black truck.

Newer trucks its a toss up for me.

On older trucks or hot rods I like the white out!

One of my favorite styles was the Goodyear GT from the 80s.

Just changed tires and went from White out to Black out. Black definitely looks better, especially on bigger tires.

As long as the white is kept white and not grey or brown, I prefer white on pickups. Never white on a car.

My rule for trucks has always been:

White, Red or bright flashy colors......... white letters out.

Darker colors, silver and black ............ black sidewalls out.

IMO it takes a certain truck to pull off the white out. But every truck looks fine w the black out.
