In a buying Bind.

Alright I have been looking at the Terra Grapplers, Wrangler Silent Armor, and the Dueler A/T REVO all in the size 285/70/17. I'm looking for one that will give me good mileage, but also good off road traction.

Any Suggestions?

Depending on what you do, but I have always found the goodyears to be great. Had 2 sets of wrangler AT/S then moved up to the 285's in wrangler silent armor. That tire in my experience looks offroad like, great in snow/rain/dry whatever. Been in mud (very little) but isn't weak there either. I fishtail, squeel them religiously and still get 90k km's out of a set. Probably turn them in early, could probably get another 20k before they are really gone. Look in my gallery for pics. I do hear good on the Nitto's and Toyo's too.

I currently have 54,000 miles on my BFG AT KO's and am wondering if they will ever wear out. I had a set of the original Dueler AT's and got over 60,000 out of them. Out of your list, the Terra Grapplers will perform a little better off road.
