Question rear brakes

I am changing the rotors on my 2000 f150. I have replaced the fronts with no trouble, but the rears will not come off. I have tried adusting the emergency brake, but it seems to jammed up. Also, it almost looks as if they are pressed on. Can anyone shed some light on the situation?

Surely they are hanging up on the e brakes, so keep at her. Muscle is the only answer really, prying and hitting with a rubber mallot too. My suggestion is to do an entire e brake service too. At least anitiseze that pivoting piece the cable connects to. Wire wheel the rust, antisieze and replace springs and pins if ncessary. Those ebrakes are high maintenance. Good luck
