Need help finding rims and tires!!!!

I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is any good set of rims and tires prefferably 20's that i could get for around $1800? Also in anyones experiences is a truck that is dropped 3/4 be able to fit 20's without rubbing???Thanks

Try Discount Tire. They usually have good prices and you may be able to get a discount on a package deal.
