New Brake's Might need to bleed them..?

I just put new pads on my 05 F-150 4x4. After installing the feel of the brake's seems a little "squishy".. (Not Firm).. Do I need to bleed them??

Don't get me wrong, it does stop better but the brakes go further to the floor before stopping..

If I need to bleed them. How do I go about doing this??

Any advise would be appreciated..

Thanks!!
