please help on this tire size

please help on this tire size

i currently run 265/60/18 and i just ordered a set of nitto grappler 285/60/18 are these tires gonna be basically the same in height or will there be a diffrence.

the overall diameter of the tire is 1 inch wider, so you will gain about .5" of height to your truck. Not much of a difference.

what size do you reccomend to make a noticable diffrence i want to run stock rims and i want my truck to look more like a 4x4 instead of a 2wd.

do you have any type of lift or leveling kit with a level kit minor triming should easly clear 33'' and with lifts sky's the limit
