Need Your Input for these wheels

What do you guys think about this wheel ?. It's a Alba Wheels Crossroad 18 x9 with 5+ backspace. It will be mounted with a 35x12.5R18 Toyo Open Country MT and for a 2006 Black FX4 2.5 AS leveled Truck. (Image can be seen in this link http://www.hubcap-tire-wheel.com/alba-crossroads-c.html . Sorry i'm at work and cannot upload it.

What pros & cons can you think of that i will encounter if i get these wheels?

All Input will be highly appreciated.

i think a 35x12.50 on a 9 inch rim would rub with only a leveling kit....usually the rule of thumb is 35's only fit on a leveled 4x4 with stock rims....

Thanks for the fast reply. Isn't this wheel just a little bigger than my stock wheel (20X8.5). What do you think is the backspacing i will need to fit this wheel ?. I also know that someone here did use a 18X9 with 5" backspace with minor trimming.

I need to use a 18" wheel because i already bought the 35x12.5r18 tires for a good deal.

Thanks Again

Yep, here ya go, It can be done, it will just require some trimming which sounds like you are okay with.....i never saw where he listed the specs on his rims but I would assume you would need to get real close to those. Make sure and post pics when you get done it'll look good!
