Does anyone know what the Hawk brake pad part numbers are for front and rear brakes on a 2001 F150 crewcab 4x4 ?

It depends on what type/grade of pads that you are looking at. They have the HPS, LTS and Severe Duty types and each one has a different number. Here is the link to their website and you can research each type and get the right part number.
