Pro Comp vs. Mickey Thompson wheels

I'm looking at getting the Pro Comp 1079 wheels or the Mickey Thompson Classic Lock wheels, and I was wondering if the quality is about the same between the two manufacturers. What can ya'll tell me?

I think they are pretty even in terms of quality.

They're about the same quality-wise. I like the look of Mickey Thompson Classics over the Pro Comp 1079's myself.

I like the MTs better (looks wise), but you may want to look at the Pro Cop 6079s. Same classic look...but chrome.

IMO i would go with the MT's but thats just me. Its all about your preference, quality is about equal and my choice is the MT's. Hope it helps, but in the end your your truck and your money, so get what YOU like!

I definitely like the MT's better, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't paying more for a lower quality wheel. I wanted to make sure I wasn't just paying for the name. Thanks for ya'lls opinions.

The MT quality is definitely higher than the ProCrap stuff. You couldn't pay me to run their tires or their rims. Stick with the MT and you will be happy.

I have a set of MT Classic's (not the locks) sitting in the tire shop waiting for my tires to get here, so obviously that's the side I'll take .
