new brakes

I am looking to put new brakes on my L, but I am a little concerned with the route I want to take. I am thinking the Brembo/Baer route, but I dont know anything else. I know the difference between CD/S versus justCD versus justS, and I know the advantages to each, but every website makes each style look like the one for you.

Aesthetically, I think I like CD/S or just CD, but this isnt just a purchase for aesthetics. I also know that CD/S can break and warp much easier.

Lastly, I do not know what size I want to go with. I contacted Brembo, and they told me they have a big brake kit for Ls that goes up to 16". I know I don't want that large, but it has been made quite obvious that there are plenty of sizes that I could go with.

So basically, what I'm asking for is straight-up info. If you have pics of your Ls with aftermarke brakes, I'd like to see them if you mention the size too. If you have recomendations or insight I do not already know, I'd love to hear it. Thanks a lot in advance
