Yes, 33's fit pretty easily on stock 97-03 4x4's. If you go with a 33x12.50 on a 10 inch wide wheel, you will have to trim some plastic off the front bumper's lower valance for clearance also. I have some pics in my gallary.

Thumbs up Yeap, SHOULD work for you...

You should be good to go...I have an 01' Screw 4X4 and have the Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo's 285/75/16" and have no problems. I have not cranked the t-bar...I've been in a couple places where I've experienced some body flex and had the fronts rub the valance/shroud, but nothing at all bad...I'd say also it depends on the condition of your particular suspension. Good luck...

Works

I had 33x12.5 tires on 17x8 aftermarket wheels on my 02 Supercrew FX4. They fit without any rubbing or cranking my torsion bars. I just went to a 20x10 wheel with 33's and had to crank my torsion bars and do some trimming. My gallery has pictures of both setups. If you stay with factory rims, you won't have any problems at all. Just have to make sure your tire size matches the rim width to prevent uneven tire wear.

I had 305/70-16 Goodyear and the same size BFG on my '01 Screw. No rubbing. Didn't even crank the torsion bars.
