I have a 2001 supercrew 4x4. stock tire is 265/70/17. Will a 34x12.5x15 tire and wheel fit on my truck? I leveled the truck with the T-bars. Also, is my stock lug pattern 5x5.5 because that is what these new tires and wheels are?

No. 15 inch wheels won't fit over the brakes on your truck. Also, your bolt pattern is 5x135mm not 5x5.5 inches. But, yes a 34x12.50 tire will fit on your truck with a 16 inch or 17 inch OEM wheel.

I've read some reviews on that tire which complain of blowouts and poor highway driveability. I usually write off the occasional bad review, but there seemed to be a trend there. If you're taking the truck on the highway, but still want the mud terrain capabilities, I'd say BFG KM, or Mickey Thompson Baja Claws. If you win the lottery, go right for the Nitto Mud Grapplers.
