ok i have made up my minds i am goign with a 2.5 level lift on my 04 fx4 150 and i was wondering whats the bigest tire i can go with? with rubbing ot cutting anything? how tall and how wide i have a 18in stock wheel. thanks

im running 35x12.5R18 on the stock 18 rims with a 2.5" autospring

 

did you ahve to re gear? or just strait 2.5 level lift with 35 in 12.50 18 ??? no triming nothing extra? also whats the best tire for about 90% road 10% off road?

 

no i didn't regear- ive got an Xcal2 and that works dreams on my truck- just a 2.5" leveling kit, nothing else- no trimming- my tires rub on the control arms at full crank left or right, but no biggie at all- are you looking for a sleek look, or aggressive? what do you think about the Toyo Open Country AT or the Nitto Terra Grappler

 

i like the tera grappler but if i went with a 325 65 18 wouldnt that be to wide of a tire? whats a Xcal2?

 

no it wouldnt be to wide, i have the nitto terra grapplers tires on my truck 325/65/18 on stock wheels. Xcal2 is a computer tunning programer
