Would 305/70/16's work??

Would 305/70/16's work on my 99' 4x4 with cranked T-Bars and the originial chrome ford rims?? Would there be any rubbing???

Yes they would fit and work. However the OEM 16x7 inch wheels are slightly narrower than recommended for a 305mm wide tire. If you are gonna keep the OEM wheels forever, a 285/75-16 would be a better fit. They are also 33 inches tall, but are an inch narrower than 305/70-16's. Usually, running a tire on too narrow a wheel can cause the center portion of the tire's tread to wear slightly faster than normal, similar to running too much air pressure.
