rim ???

I purchased some rims from ebay awhile back but now that I am ready to mount them I realize I don't have lug nuts. My ??? which might be dumb but if I purchase tires from major outlet, can I get some lug nuts that will work with my rims???? I'm sure it will cost me.

you can get crome nuts at almost any parts store. the thread pitch you need is 14x2.00. try to get some with a 3/4 head that way its easy to fit a socket into the lug hole of the rim

U mentioned thread pitch of 14X2.00, now does this apply to any type of rims that goes on f150?

14mm is the diameter of the stud and 2in is the length. i have splines on all 5 lugs on mine. the spline arnt quite as thick as a regular lug nut and come with a key to reduce the chance of you scratching the rim while also keeping them safe from theft.

Email the seller and ask what type of lugnuts (acorn, etc) your wheel takes. You can get nice lugnuts at most local tire shops, Sears, NTB, etc.

well your partially right.on metric studs 14 is the diameter of the studs in mm but the 2 means 2mm from thread to thread. standard is a different story. for example a stud size of 1/2" is the diameter but the threads are measured in TPI(threads per inch) . i guess thats what I get for working in a tire shop so damn long lol
