Leveling by lowering the rear, F150 Supercrew

I have a 2004 F150 4X4 Supercab. Anyway, I'd like to lower the rear about an inch or two to make getting into the back a little easier and to level the truck. Anyone done this?

if its a 4x4 you should be able to take the blocks out of the rear. If its not your gonna have to buy shackles

And yes there are tons of ppl here that have lowered trucks, even if its only a 2" shackle

Just remove the blocks and replace your U bolts with the bolts for a 4 x 2.

I used a Belltech leveling kit which my brother had lying around. It was only an inch, but it was free and is easy to put on. The new shackles are under $100 i think.
