Post Brake lights

Hey guys I'm new to the this forum, and I am on mustangforums.com also. Anyways, my brother just got a new truck, so I recently took posession of his old truck, a '94 F150 Ext cab XLT. It has a few problems I can figure/fix myself, but I have one that I might need your help with. The brake lights won't come on when the pedal is depressed, and also the ABS light keeps blinking at me. Can you guys point me in the right direction as to how I might fix this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Get a code reader on the flashing ABS light, sometimes it flashes for other problems, but could be abs is crapped out. I would suspect a fuse or at least the brake light switch, if not wiring issues.

Is '94 the OBD-I or OBD-II? Thanks for your help so far.
