Tire Brand
Procomps wear like crap. I know several people who've had to replace them after 25-30k... BFG's are a great tire, at a high cost. IMHO, the Toyo Open Country AT's are the best bang for the buck. I've had them for over a year, have about 45k on them, and guess I will get about another 20k out of them. They work great in the rain, great in sand and good in the mud... Keep in mind, they are AT's not MT's, and will not pull the truck out of the mud if the frame catches...I know...

Older procomp's maybe, but the newer ones are up there in quality with BFG.
Its all in how well you take care of your tires, but a friend of mine already has about 20k on his procomp ATs on his ram and they still look new. I know my other buddy over at 4wp sells alot of them and said most people get about 40,000 out of the ATs, and about 25,000 out of the MTs.

Bridgestone also makes that size in the AT Revo's. TireRack has them rated as the best AT tire. I had them on my other truck and loved them, quiet highway ride and great wet traction.
Like everybody here said... there are several options...all of which are only limited by the depth of your pockets.
The BFG's are sweet, both the All Terrain and the Mud Terrain's being great tires with the ability to go 50k miles or more.
I've heard great things about the Toyo Open Country, just know that they're pricey.
And all I know about the Pro Comps from personal experience, is that they wear out quick, but are great in the mud for a lighter truck.
Good luck..._motes
